Progressive Rock giants Renaissance journeyed to Kent, England to begin the sessions for this masterpiece and they delivered what we feel are some of their best music since their hugely successful Schehrazade, Ashes Are Burning and Novella albums. Roy Wood (The Move, ELO, Wizzard) has a guest appearance here on one of the more beautiful songs on the album In The Sunshine.

This album captures this classically trained rock band during their Tuscany tour in the Far East a couple of years ago. Complete with music from over three decades of smash albums and singles, In The Land Of The Rising Sun had only been available as a very expensive import, but now Friday Music has released this incredible set in North America.
